My deadline is five days away. And so, certain things are getting ignored. Like laundry. And cleaning the house. And yes, this blog.

Once upon a time I held
the faith so firm of destiny
The life given didn’t meld
with glorious imagined vict’ry.
I thought to quit, and felt
a god’s imagined policy
to break me, but that was not
God, for ’twas my soul He bought
